Can I import if this is my first shipment?
Yes, first-time importers can plan a shipment, but eligibility, accreditation and product requirements must be checked first. Contact us before committing to a supplier or dispatch date.
What documents should I prepare?
Common documents include a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading or air waybill. The packing list should detail the items, quantities, weights and dimensions of each package. Depending on the goods, permits, certificates of origin and other supporting documents may also be required.
How much will importation cost?
Ask for an itemized estimate covering goods, freight, insurance, duties, taxes, port charges, brokerage and inland delivery, as applicable. Final amounts depend on the cargo, classification, valuation, route and actual charges.
Can you help me import from China?
We assist with shipment planning, shipping coordination, customs processing and inland delivery. Send your product and supplier details so we can assess the appropriate scope.
Are all products allowed to be imported?
No. Some goods are prohibited, restricted or regulated. Product-specific requirements should be confirmed with the Bureau of Customs and the relevant regulatory agency before shipping.
How long does customs clearance take?
Timing varies with document completeness, permits, customs assessment, inspection and port conditions. We discuss the shipment’s circumstances rather than promise a fixed clearance date.
